Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms

This Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms (defined below) is effective as of March 11, 2026.

These terms and conditions (the “Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms”) are the agreement between you and Fanatics Loyalty, LLC (“Fanatics Loyalty”, “we”, “our” or “us”) setting forth how you can earn and use FanCash in connection with your Fanatics ONE loyalty account (the “Fanatics ONE FanCash Program”). You agree that your use of FanCash is subject to these Fanatics One FanCash Terms, the Fanatics ONE terms and conditions (“Fanatic ONE Terms”), and any terms that may be posted at the point of your earn or burn of FanCash, as each may be modified by us from time to time. These Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms and the Fanatic ONE Terms may be collectively referred to as “Fanatics One Terms”). You also acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and Financial Incentive Notice. 


In the event of an inconsistency between these Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms and the Fanatics One Terms concerning earning or using FanCash, the former shall control but only to the extent to resolve the conflict. To the extent of any conflict between these Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms and another Fanatics Company’s FanCash terms, the Fanatics Company’s terms will apply. 

WHAT IS FANCASH?

FanCash is Fanatics’ loyalty currency that can be earned and redeemed on eligible purchases and/or qualifying transactions (“FanCash”). FanCash is issued by (and in partnership with) Fanatics Loyalty and its affiliated companies in the Fanatics Family of Businesses (each, a “Fanatics Company”).     WHO IS ELIGIBILE?

To participate in the Fanatics ONE FanCash Program, you must (A) have a Fanatics ONE account and (a, “Fanatics ONE Account”) and (B) be opted in to the Fanatics ONE Program. In order to earn and redeem FanCash you will also  need an active account(s) in good standing with all other Fanatics Companies with which you engage (a Fanatics ONE Account and any other Fanatics Company Account, collectively referred to herein as “Accounts”).

To ensure that your earned FanCash is accurately counted and consolidated, we encourage you to use the same Account information for all transactions involving the earn or burn of FanCash  If your Accounts are not already linked, create a Fanatics ONE Account and any other Fanatics Company Accounts using the same email address. You will then get an email prompting you to click a link to combine your Accounts. Once complete, all FanCash that you earn across your Accounts will be visible in your Fanatics ONE Account. 

HOW TO EARN FANCASH

FanCash can only be earned on eligible transactions on the following platforms, each of which are subject to the terms presented on those platforms:

  1. A Fanatics Company website or mobile app (e.g. Fanatics.com, Fanatics Sportsbook & Casino, Fanatics App, etc.)  
  2. Via promotional offer or  experience that is offered by Fanatics Loyalty, a Fanatics Company or an authorized partner of a Fanatics Company (each, an “Offer”). 

FanCash may not be earned at all Fanatics Companies and each Fanatics Company will determine, in its sole discretion, if and under what circumstances FanCash may be earned. Platform terms are subject to change at any time in the sole discretion of a Fanatics Company. 

With regard to Offers, each Offer will show details on eligibility, how you can earn FanCash and any limitations that may apply.  Your applicable Account(s) must be active and in good standing to be eligible for any Offer and to receive the promotional FanCash amount associated with an Offer. Fanatics Loyalty and/or another Fanatics Company will decide in its sole discretion who, if anyone, will receive any Offer. 

Each platform (or the terms and conditions applicable to such platform) will show which transactions are eligible to earn FanCash and how much FanCash will be earned by you in the event of such an eligible transaction. 

Nothing in these Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms or any other Fanatics Company terms entitles you to any FanCash or Offer.  

HOW TO REDEEM FANCASH

FanCash can only be redeemed on eligible transactions on the following platforms (each, an “Eligible Site”), each of which are subject to the terms presented on those platforms:

  1. On a Fanatics Company website or mobile app (e.g. Fanatics.com, Fanatics Sportsbook & Casino, Fanatics App, etc.);
  2. On select e-commerce websites (as designated or made available by a Fanatics Company) that are operated by Fanatics Loyalty, another Fanatics Company or a select third party partner authorized by a Fanatics Company; or
  3. Select retail locations (as designated or made available by a Fanatics Company) that are operated by Fanatics Loyalty, another Fanatics Company, or a third-party partner designated by a Fanatics Company.

Eligible Sites are subject to change at any time in the sole discretion of a Fanatics Company. Each Eligible Site will show which transactions qualify for FanCash redemption. 

EXPIRATION OF FANCASH

FanCash expires at 11:59 PM EST three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of your last eligible purchase or other qualifying transaction on a FanCash earning platform, unless otherwise specified at the time of earning and specifically excluding bonus FanCash. Subsequent eligible purchases or other qualifying transactions made on a FanCash earning platform will extend the expiration date for all earned FanCash in your account (the “Extended FanCash”); provided, however, if you have been awarded bonus FanCash with an earlier expiration date, we will specify the expiration date at the time of earning and such bonus FanCash will not qualify as Extended FanCash (and thus will not qualify for the extended expiration date). By way of  example, if you earned $10.00 in FanCash on an eligible purchase made on a FanCash platform on January 1, 2024, and you make another eligible purchase on a FanCash platform on December 31, 2024, then the expiration date for your initial $10.00 in earned FanCash will be extended to 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2025. Unless otherwise stated in the terms of an Offer (defined above), promotional FanCash earned in connection with Offers  will  expire seven (7) days from issuance. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION RELATED TO OFFERS

For FanCash issued as part of an Offer, you may receive your FanCash in the form of promotional codes (a “FanCash Reward”), which can be redeemed on eligible transactions on an Eligible Site. Any FanCash Reward will have a promotional value determined in advance by Fanatics in its sole discretion and provided to you in connection with the Offer. In order to use your FanCash Reward, your Accounts must be linked (see details in Section 2 above). Once linked, then your FanCash associated with an Offer will be credited to your Fanatics ONE Account within 72 hours.

FanCash Reward limits are set forth in the Offer terms. Fanatics expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any Offer, including the administration thereof or your participation therein, at any time and in any state(s) without prior notice or consent. Anyone deemed, in Fanatics’ sole discretion, to be abusing an Offer or any other promotion, may be prohibited from participating in any Offer or any future promotions and/or subject to closure by Fanatics of any Account.  

In the event of a conflict between the terms of an Offer and any FanCash terms, including these Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms or a Fanatics Company terms, the Fanatics terms control.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR MODIFY

Fanatics Loyalty reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any aspect of the Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms or the Fanatics ONE FanCash Program at any time for any reason, with or without notice, and in its sole discretion. You agree to any updates to these Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms by continuing to participate in the Fanatics ONE Program.

IMPROPER USE OF FANCASH

If we or any other Fanatics Company determines in its sole discretion that you are not complying with these Fanatics One FanCash Terms or any other terms or policies of other Fanatics Companies that are applicable to you (e.g. the Fanatics.com FanCash Policy, the FBG FanCash Program Terms), including but not limited to engaging in fraudulent conduct, violating any law or misusing of FanCash privileges, then Fanatics Loyalty reserves the right to (i) discontinue or suspend your participation in the Fanatics ONE FanCash Program, (ii) deem any FanCash in your Account(s) void and unusable, (iii) terminate your Account(s), (iv) refuse you service or access to any Fanatics Company, platform and/or any Eligible Site, (v) deny your Account status or that of any other account that you may have with a Fanatics Company, (vi) not issue you any FanCash; and/or (vi) take any other action consistent with this Fanatics ONE FanCash Policy or any other terms or policies of other Fanatics Companies that are applicable to you (e.g. the Fanatics.com FanCash Policy, the FBG FanCash Program Terms).

NO CASH VALUE; NON-TRANSFERABLE

FanCash is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, assigned, sold or distributed by you to others. Your FanCash may only be used by you with your Account(s). 

FANCASH CLAWBACKS

If you receive or redeem FanCash that Fanatics Loyalty or another Fanatics Company later determines was awarded in error or otherwise should have been deducted from your FanCash account (e.g. because you returned the merchandise for which you earned the FanCash), Fanatics Loyalty reserves the right to withhold or clawback any unredeemed FanCash that was awarded in error, or any future FanCash that you earn up to the amount of FanCash that was awarded in error or otherwise should have been deducted from your FanCash account. 

PRIVACY POLICY

The information you provide to us to participate in FanCash will be handled according to the Fanatics ONE Privacy Policy and the Notice of Financial Incentives available therein.  

ADDITIONAL TERMS

By choosing to participate in any FanCash Program, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to all the applicable terms and conditions for earning and using FanCash.

DISCLAIMER

The Fanatics ONE FanCash Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate, or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions, or errors of the Fanatics ONE FanCash Program or its features. The Fanatics ONE FanCash Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for information purposes only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We, our information providers, and their agents make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to, accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the FanCash Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products.

MISCELLANEOUS

Failure by us to enforce a provision of these Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of the Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms. 

For the avoidance of doubt, these Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms apply solely to the extent permitted by law. If any of the terms in these Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms are found to be illegal, invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of these Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms shall be unaffected and shall continue to be fully valid, binding, and enforceable.

The headings used in theseFanatics ONE FanCash Terms are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of the provisions of these Fanatics ONE FanCash Terms.
