STATUS MATCH TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for choosing to participate in the Fanatics ONE Status Match Challenge (the “Challenge”), offered by Fanatics Loyalty LLC (“Fanatics Loyalty,” “we,” “us,” and “our”). These terms and conditions (“Challenge Terms”) govern your participation in the Challenge. Your participation is also subject to (a) the Fanatics ONE Program Terms (the “Program Terms”), which include the terms and conditions of participation in the Fanatics ONE loyalty program (“Fanatics ONE”), and (b) the Fanatics Sportsbook Terms of Service (the “Sportsbook Terms”), which include the terms and conditions of the Fanatics gaming and sports wagering services. The Challenge Terms, Program Terms, and Sportsbook Terms are, collectively, the “Applicable Terms.”
By applying for or participating in the Challenge, you expressly represent that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Applicable Terms and that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth herein (the “Eligibility Requirements”). If you do not meet the Eligibility Requirements or do not agree to any aspect of the Applicable Terms, you are prohibited from applying for or participating in the Challenge. Eligibility. To be eligible to participate in the Challenge, you must:
- Be physically located in the United States (“Eligible Jurisdiction”);
- Be 21+ years of age; and
- At the time of application, have an active loyalty account with an Eligible Competitor Program (defined below) and hold a Qualifying Tier (defined below) within that program.
How to Participate. To participate, applicants must:
- Have a Fanatics ONE account;
- Submit a request via the Fanatics ONE Status Match application form (an “Application”), including:
- A screenshot of your current VIP or loyalty tier from another operator;
- Proof your name is tied to that account; and
- A recent play summary, like bet slips or gaming activity.
As used herein, “Eligible Competitor Programs” are the competitor loyalty programs listed in Table 1 below and any other loyalty programs that we may approve from time to time. For an Application to be approved, the applicant’s Tier within the Eligible Competitor Program must be one that qualifies for a Status Match (defined below) (such Tiers, “Qualifying Tiers”). Table 1 identifies the Qualifying Tiers within the applicable Eligible Competitor Programs.
For clarification, applicants may submit Applications requesting a Status Match based on a Tier held within competitor loyalty programs not listed in Table 1. Upon review, Fanatics Loyalty shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether the competitor loyalty program recited in the
Application is an Eligible Competitor Program and whether the applicant’s Tier within that program is a Qualifying Tier. If approved, we shall have sole discretion in determining the appropriate Matched Tier (defined below).
By submitting an Application, applicants (a) represent and warrant that all information contained therein is truthful, not misleading, and up to date and (b) agree to maintain the accuracy of all submitted information by contacting us to update such information in the event of any changes.
All Applications will be reviewed and approved or denied by Fanatics Loyalty in its sole discretion. Fanatics Loyalty reserves the right to approve or deny any Application for any or no
reason, including but not limited to fraud flags, suspicious or abusive activity, self-exclusion status, or because the applicant participates in an ineligible loyalty program or does not hold a Qualifying Tier.
Trial Period. Approved applicants (“Participants”) will be notified by email at the address included in the Application (“Approval Notice”). Participants will be granted a 90-day Fanatics
ONE trial, beginning on the date that the Approval Notice is sent (a “Trial”). During the Trial, the Participant will receive the Fanatics ONE benefits (“Benefits”) associated with the Fanatics ONE Tier corresponding to the Participant’s Qualifying Tier (a “Status Match,” and the applicable Fanatics ONE Tier, a “Matched Tier”), subject to the limitations set forth below. More specifically, Participants will receive either ONEgold or ONEplatinum status, depending on the Participant’s Qualifying Tier. The Benefits associated with the ONEgold and ONEplatinum Tiers are included in the Program Terms.
Notwithstanding any other provision herein, Participants who receive a tier via Status Match may not automatically be eligible to participate in events, receive gifts, or access other invitation-only perks (collectively, “Experiences”) during the Trial Period. While such Experiences are typically associated with the matched Tier, access during the Trial Period may require additional qualifying activity within Fanatics ONE. Customers also are not eligible to be matched in ONEblack as a part of the Status Match program.
Earning Tier Status Beyond the Trial. To maintain the Matched Tier obtained via a Status Match beyond the Trial, Participants must earn the required number of Fanatics ONE tier points (“Tier Points”) within the Trial period. The number of Tier Points required to do so depends upon the Participant’s Matched Tier, as indicated below:
- ONEgold: 600 Tier Points
- ONEplatinum: 3,000 Tier Points
If the required Tier Points are earned during the Trial, the Participant’s Status Match will be extended through the remainder of the calendar year (an “Extended Status Match”). If not, the Participant will revert to their earned Fanatics ONE tier based on actual Tier Points accrued. The available methods of earning Tier Points are detailed in the Program Terms. Fanatics Loyalty retains the ability to adjust the number of Tier Points and length of the trial period at our sole discretion.
Fanatics ONE Tier Matching Reference. In Table 1 below, we have identified seven (6) Eligible Competitor Programs, along with the Qualifying Tiers within those programs and the corresponding Matched Tier for each such Qualifying Tier. Fanatics Loyalty retains the ability to match statuses from additional competitors and tiers not listed on the table below, in our sole
discretion.

Miscellaneous. Eligible customers are limited to one (1) Trial per calendar year. Fanatics Loyalty reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Challenge at any time in its sole discretion. Similarly, Benefits and all other features of Fanatics ONE are subject to change or termination at any time at Fanatics Loyalty’s sole discretion. Participants acknowledge and agree that Fanatics Loyalty shall have no liability in connection with any decision to modify or terminate the Challenge or Fanatics ONE.
The Challenge is subject to the Fanatics Sportsbook Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. By participating in the Challenge, you are representing to Fanatics Loyalty that you understand and accept how we collect, use, and disclose information, as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
Applicants and Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any conduct that is unlawful, unsportsmanlike, intended to obtain an unfair advantage, or not in keeping with the spirit of the Challenge or Fanatics Loyalty’s image.
Fanatics Loyalty reserves the right to deny, suspend, modify, or revoke a Trial, Extended Status Match, and/or any associated Benefits for any reason, including but not limited to: abuse, fraud, sharing accounts, violation of the Applicable Terms, or location spoofing.
Fanatics Loyalty is not an affiliate of any competitor betting services referenced herein. All competitor and loyalty program names are the trademarks of their respective owners. These Challenge Terms shall be governed by federal law and the laws of the State of New York, regardless of conflict of law provisions and regardless of where you reside or participate in the Challenge.
If you are located in Pennsylvania, this challenge complies with subsection §813.3 regarding cancellation rights. If you are located in New York and are dissatisfied with a resolution, you may contact the New York State Gaming Commission.
